S73 Variation of Condition to increase the number of treatment rooms and extending of hours – approved, Stretford
Our client was looking to increase the number of treatment rooms at their dental practice. With input from technical experts; highway consultants and noise consultants, we demonstrated that the increase in number of rooms at the practice would not result in any adverse impacts in respect of highways and noise. Importantly, the increase in the number of treatment rooms would allow more NHS patients to be seen which was a material consideration in this application.
Planning Approved Extensions and alterations to a detached dwelling house, Old Trafford
We acted on behalf of a client who lived overseas and had purchased a property in Old Trafford. Working with the design team, we devised a planning strategy which included submitted a Certificate of proposed lawful development prior to submitting a planning application for a significant number of extensions and alterations. Planning permission was subsequently secured.
Planning Approved – retrospective application for the erection of a side extension, Altrincham
We secured planning permission for a single storey wrap around extension within the Conservation Area. We were able to demonstrate that material considerations existed which justified why a departure from the Development Plan was acceptable. Planning permission was subsequently granted
