Extensions and alterations to a dwelling in Cheshire East

We have recently dealt with an appeal for the extension of a dwelling in the Green Belt in Cheshire East Council’s local authority area. This building had already been extended and so we had to persuade the Inspector that further additions would not cumulatively be disproportionate to the original dwelling. Successfully evidencing this, the appeal was allowed.
