Erection of a workshop for a boat builder

We frequently encounter developments in the Cheshire Green Belt and have recently dealt with a scheme for the construction of a workshop for a boat builder.

The development was found to be inappropriate development in the Green Belt. Nevertheless, we were able to convey that very special circumstances existed by virtue of the provision of a suitable location for the business and as a result of the associated economic benefits. Permission was subsequently granted.
